Description:

 

The administrative paperwork required of after-school programs can become overwhelming.  This session will assist Site Coordinators and Site Supervisors in developing skills and implementing best practices that are necessary for successfully operating their after-school program.  Participants will identify and review systems and structures for managing paperwork, supervising staff, preparing for regulatory visits and complying with multiple funding requirements.  You will leave this workshop with a toolkit that includes forms and checklists to begin the year successfully.
