AfterSchool KidzScience

The AfterSchool KidzScience program, developed by the Center for the Collaborative Classroom, for grades 3–5 is designed specifically for out-of-school settings.

This inquiry-based science program offers kits focused on green, life, physical, forensic, and Earth and space science and provides activities that are engaging and easy to lead. Each kit in a series, ¬available at www.collaborativeclassroom.org, includes four session guides that provide clear and concise step-by-step directions with questions to stimulate student thinking.

At this workshop, participants will sample activities and unpack the components of AfterSchool KidzScience.
