Effective Strategies to Recruit Qualified After-School Staff

Securing knowledgeable and capable staff is integral to the success of any after-school program. In this workshop participants will learn effective strategies on the "who, what, where, why, when and how" of finding qualified after-school staff. The following areas will be covered during the training: creating clear job and internship descriptions; successful ways to recruit from different sources which include colleges and universities; how to recruit a diverse mix of staff and the job interview process.
