Fostering the Camp Culture in Summer Program

What are ways you can differentiate your summer program from the school year to ensure a successful experience for youth and staff? In this session, participants will explore strategies for developing a camp culture and review and learn routines and rituals to support this culture. Participants will identify how the camp culture can be integrated into all aspects of the program and consider how the creation of the camp culture can help to sustain energy throughout the entire summer.
