Hiring the Right People

What are the systems and processes in place to ensure the right people come through the hiring door and stay? This session will review the process for hiring staff from job description and postings through interviews to on-boarding and initial supervision to ensure qualified staff are joining your organization. Looking at different staff levels, the session will address hiring strategies that are specific to demands of the position.
