Job Description:
Good Shepherd Services, a leading NYC non-profit committed to the success of young people and families, is currently seeking a Program Director for our Automotive High School Program in Brooklyn.
The Program Director is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and supervision of the day and after school programming at Automotive High School. She/he serves as the liaison to school staff and is responsible for providing all required documentation based reports.

Required Skills/Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MSW or degree in a related field required. LMSW and LCSW preferred.
- SIFI preferred, or eligible to obtain SIFI certification in first year of employment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in youth development programs and supervision.
- Ability to create and foster positive relationships with DOE Administration.
- Must be able to engage in crisis intervention activities and demonstrate, lead and teach a range of group activities.
- Must be available for weekend training requirements.
- Must have a commitment to work from a strength-based, youth and family development and trauma-informed perspective.
