Literacy and the Arts in Afterschool

In this workshop, participants will learn techniques, tips and ready-to-use projects that will allow youth to build literacy skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) while doing art activities. Participants will also learn about literacy integration, the intentional process of infusing literacy throughout a program’s arts curriculum.

Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
